Chief Operating Officer
Positive Approach to Care®
Amanda Bulgarelli, has been a part of the Positive Approach from the beginning, serving originally as a teenage volunteer while Teepa developed and refined her approach and skills. After earning her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, Amanda worked as an educator and leader in schools and other learning platforms for over ten years. She then decided to join Teepa’s Positive Approach to Care® team as a Lead Mentor, Trainer, Speaker, and Leader. Her years of teaching developed her ability to give each person in the room an individual experience while they learn new information or skills. As a speaker, Amanda uses the Adult Experiential Learning Cycle to help everyone learn in their own way, and she loves helping to spread awareness and knowledge of Teepa’s Positive Approach techniques.
