Janean Kinzie, has been working in long term care for over 20 years. She has worked for American Senior Communities for the past 11 years and currently serves as the Director of Social Wellness and Enrichment. Janean has helped develop the CARE Companion Culture at ASC; recognizing the power of Life Stories and relationships. As part of a recent launch of the Social Wellness & Enrichment program, ASC is reimaging the collaboration between Social Services and Activities as a combined Social Wellness Team. Janean obtained her degree from Wittenberg University in Ohio. She lives in Noblesville, Indiana with her two daughters and travels to Disney whenever time (and COVID!) allow.
