The International Council on Active Aging (ICAA) is dedicated to changing the way we age by uniting professionals in the retirement, assisted living, fitness, rehabilitation and wellness fields to dispel society’s myths about aging. We help these professionals to empower aging Baby Boomers and older adults to improve their quality of life and maintain their dignity.

Mission

ICAA connects a community of like-minded professionals who share the goals of changing society’s perceptions of aging and improving the quality of life for aging Baby Boomers and older adults within the seven dimensions of wellness (emotional, vocational, physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental). The council supports these professionals with education, information, resources and tools so they can achieve optimal success.
