What does a community need to get Linked Senior?

Appropriate hardware, the app, subscription and an internet connection (can be wired or wireless).

Can the experience be projected to a TV or with a projector?

Yes, if your device can be projected on a TV or used with a projector and screen, so will the Linked Senior service.

Once I have ordered the service, how long does it take to get started?

Our onboarding process can take as little as 2 weeks.

What if I need help setting up?

One of our friendly customer care team members will take you through the process on the phone.

Where should we use Linked Senior?

Anywhere you wish or where residents can benefits from it. Common areas such as the lobby, the family room, the activity room or the rehab gym are recommended. We also recommend an area that has open 24/7 access. Successful clients use Linked Senior by making sure the service is constantly available for the staff, the family and the residents.

If you have a wireless Internet network, devices can be moved around and brought to residents’ and patients’ rooms for one on ones.

Who can use Linked Senior?

Once set up, the service is available for anyone in the community to use. Residents can easily access any experiences. Staff can use it for therapy, programming or behavior management and families can use it during visits. It’s also a great tool to easily implement activities with volunteers, CNA’s or anyone else in the community.

What kind of support is available?

All support cases are handled remotely. Support is available 24/7: One of our friendly customer care team members will answer any question you have over the phone or via email during business hours (9am to 5pm EST, M-F) within 5 minutes and within 30 minutes off business hours and on weekends.

Do you provide any training in the use of Linked Senior?

Yes, we provide remote training based on your staff’s schedule.

I run a senior day care center. Is Linked Senior right for me?

Yes, Linked Senior is succesfully used in many day/senior centers
